近日，来自西班牙的星辉数控海外技术团队齐聚广东肇庆星辉数控生产基地，开展为期数天的专项技术培训与实操学习。Recently, EXCITECH’s overseas technical team from Spain gathered at the EXCITECH production base in Guangdong, for a multi-day specialized technical training and hands-on learning session.

本次培训围绕全伺服封边机、智慧包装线两大核心产品展开，以专业技术讲解、真机实操演练、现场方案交流相结合的形式，全面提升海外技术团队的产品认知、操作能力与服务水平，进一步夯实星辉数控全球化技术服务体系。The training focused on two core products: full servo edgebanders and intelligent packaging lines. Through a combination of professional technical lectures, on-machine practical drills, and on-site solution exchanges, the program comprehensively improved the overseas team’s product knowledge, operational skills and service capabilities, further strengthening EXCITECH’s global technical service system.

培训期间，星辉数控技术团队为海外技术团队系统讲解了全伺服封边机的核心技术优势。从全伺服驱动控制、钢轨钢梁重型结构、免调机伺服配方功能，到激光器、PUR 以及骨骼线、缺口板加工等复杂工艺，讲师逐一拆解原理、调试逻辑与日常维护要点。During the training, EXCITECH’s technical team systematically explained the core technological advantages of full servo edgebanders. Instructors broke down the working principles, commissioning logic and daily maintenance essentials one by one — covering full servo drive control, heavy-duty steel beam and rail structure, adjustment-free servo recipe functions, as well as complex processes including laser, PUR, structural line processing and notched panel processing.

海外技术团队现场直观感受 G70 全伺服封边机、G60W工艺窄板封边机的高精度、高效率、高一致性的封边表现，深入理解 “聚焦全伺服封边机，让封边机真正免调机” 的星辉理念。The overseas technical team experienced firsthand the high-precision, high-efficiency and high-consistency edgebanding performance of the G70 full servo edgebander and G60W narrow panel edgebander, gaining a deep understanding of EXCITECH’s philosophy: “Focus on full servo edgebanders, making edgebanding truly adjustment-free.”

在星辉智慧包装线车间，裁纸机、高速封箱机及整套智慧打包系统成为关注重点。技术人员亲自上手操作，体验智慧包装流程，对智慧包装线在提升交付效率、降低人工成本、规范成品管理方面的突出优势给予高度认可。At the EXCITECH intelligent packaging line workshop, the paper cutter, high-speed carton sealer and complete intelligent packaging system became the main focus. Technicians operated the equipment personally to experience the intelligent packaging workflow, and highly recognized the outstanding advantages of the intelligent packaging line in improving delivery efficiency, reducing labor costs and standardizing finished product management.

实操环节中，海外代理商分组进行设备调试、参数设置、故障排查与模拟客户场景演练，针对不同国家的使用环境、订单特点和现场需求，与技术工程师展开深入交流。大家积极分享当地市场动态与客户痛点，共同探讨自动化产线海外落地的优化方案。In the hands-on sessions, overseas agents were divided into groups to conduct equipment commissioning, parameter setting, troubleshooting and customer-scenario simulation drills. They held in-depth discussions with technical engineers regarding application environments, order characteristics and on-site requirements in different countries. Participants actively shared local market trends and customer pain points, and jointly explored optimized solutions for the overseas implementation of automated production lines.
